Don’t risk injury by using the wrong tool for the job. Used shipping drums may seem like a cheap way to handle waste, however the inconvenience of transporting and the risk of injury could be costing your shop. Use a CECOR TX-55PL Drum Tank instead of a shipping drum. The CECOR Drum Tank is much stronger than a shipping drum. The tank is mounted on two rigid and two swivel casters for easy mobility. Fork pockets in the base allow forklift handling. A valve in the door permits fluid to drain out, leaving the solids. The tank features an 8”X12” cleanout door for removing settled solids. FEBRUARY 2011 - Combine sump cleaner with power transport for quick and easy coolant maintenance.
Move sump cleaners through the plant fast and effortlessly – even when fully loaded. CB6 Walk/ride base combines a sump cleaner with power transport for long hauls between collection and disposal or treatment. Power transport maneuvers sump cleaner through narrow aisles, around tight corners and provides easy work positioning. Operator can also walk and maneuver the sump cleaner into tight areas. Sump Cleaner on base uses high suction lift to remove all coolant, chips and sludge in the sump within minutes. Filter separates solids from coolant. Pump filtered coolant back to machine tool sump or transport to central system. The CB6 walk/ride base operates on a 36 volt battery. The walk/ride base has a battery discharge indicator and automatic charger. It also features a high tech speed controller with adjustable acceleration/braking. For operator safety the unit is equipped with a safety belt with activation circuit. |
